Anupam Bhattacharya is the Principal and a faculty of Business Analytics at the Department of Management at IEM, Kolkata.

Anupam Bhattacharya is a Technical leader with over two decades of experience in full lifecycle Custom Application Development for large enterprises, Complex system integration, CTO and CEO level Technical Advisory, Technical Competency building and leading R&D Organizations for fortune 500 companies in the USA and Europe. Besides broad understanding of multiple technologies, Anupam also has domain knowledge in several industry verticals including Travel and Transportation, Digital Media and Entertainment, Consumer packaged goods and Life sciences.

Anupam is in the leadership team for several startups, leading their product conceptualisation, proof of concept building, client relationship management and technical R&D activities. Notable among them were one AI based voice technology startup solving the problem of speech to text and text to speech in Indian Regional Languages.

In his pre-startup days Anupam had spent about two decades with IBM, PwC, Incyte Genomics and CMC Ltd.
