The theme of the conference is how to sustain Agility at the business level, departments and teams. While the word sustain gives an impression on maintaining the status and speed and profitability whereas Agility inherently focuses on continuously improving/innovating on the nimbleness removing waste and constraints aligning to the purpose, user needs and business goal.

Sustaining Agility the theme refers to how to sustain the Agility and not maintaining the status quo.
