Sushanta Sinha has over 30 years of experience in IT and IT enabled services. He is currently working in a large Global IT Organization, and based out of Kolkata. In his current responsibility as an Enterprise Agile Coach, he is helping a Global Financial Analysis and Reporting Organization in their Agile Transformation. Joined as Systems Analyst in the organization, over the years he took up various roles and responsibilities across functions. His earlier responsibilities include managing delivery teams in India and North America, driving process improvements as Six Sigma Master Black Belt for a large global customer, analyzing HR data and modelling HR Processes as part Global HR PMO team and heading Regional Talent Development Team, scaling up Product Engineering capabilities for a Business Unit, to name a few.

Sushanta holds Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) from erstwhile Bengal Engineering College (now IIEST) and Master of Engineering in Software Engineering (from Jadavpur University). He is an honorable Fellow of Institute of Engineers (India).

Sushanta is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), Certified Assessor from Data Security Council of India (DSCI). He is also Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Certified SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile Framework). He is also a certified ‘Competent Leader (CL)’ and ‘Competent Communicator (CC)’ from Toastmasters International.

Sushanta is associated with various professional bodies like Internet Society of India (ISOC), Computer Society of India (CSI), IEEE, National HRD Network (NHRDN), and Indian Science Congress Association. Sushanta is also ICANN Universal Acceptance (UA) Ambassador from India and actively participating in UASG Working Groups to promote Universal Acceptance (UA) of Internet across the region.
