Sanjay has been a Global Leader responsible for practice building, large account/portfolio management, people management and stakeholders’ management. He has spent the last 25 years in technology leading HXM transformation supported by agile delivery. He is known for his practice building capability where he scaled the team from 0 to 500 at multiple occasions for Global Technology giants like Accenture, HCL etc. Sanjay has managed a very large team and a max portfolio of 65M USD. He has been a quality and agile practitioner being certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Professional Scrum Master.

Sanjay is also Global Certified SAP Trainer for S/4 HANA Implementation Methodology and Applications.Environment Health and Safety and HCM and has delivered more than 200 trainings across the Globe.Sanjay has travelled 34 countries and 176 cities both for work and leisure which helps him bring great cultural construct on the table. Sanjay loves travelling and music is the soul friend to him.

In his current role as the Global HRIT head Sanjay closely works with the CHRO, CIO and CFO in strategic HR initiatives in and around HR Transformation. He in his role provides direction to the People Office, Talent Management, Payroll and Talent Acquisition arm for 17,000 employees across 12+ countries.Sanjay has been spearheading the agile delivery and process excellence.
