She has extensive work experience as an Agile Coach, Product Owner, Project Manager, Atlassian Consultant, Metrics Automation Expert and Technical Lead. Padmini has been part of many Digital Transformation projects delivering complex and challenging solutions.

Padmini has also played an active role in expanding Agile Knowledge by contributing in various forums related to Agile and Project Management. Padmini is certified with various Agile and AI certifications from PMI, SAFe, Scrum Alliance. Scrum.org, IC Agile, AWS, Microsoft and IBM. Padmini is an engineer by education and also holds Masters in Business Administration and Psychology.
