With close to 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Parasu is a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and ICP Certified Agile Coach who specializes in agile transformation and training. At CGI, a global leader in consulting, technology, and outsourcing services, he assesses and consults teams and portfolios on adopting agile methodologies and digitizing solutions for customers.

He has a proven track record of leading and mentoring agile teams, facilitating organizational culture change, and implementing agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. He has also co-created a Product Owner mentorship program and led SAFe and tailored agile training sessions. He is passionate about building communities, facilitating community learning, and promoting a culture of experimentation and rapid learning through innovation.
